Accommodation

All of the rooms have been individually designed & furnished to reflect the colonial style of the property.The simple luxuries of high quality 300 thread count linen, comfortable mattresses, powerful rainfall showers and stylish bathrooms, are an important part of making your stay comfortable and memorable.All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Mosquito nets are available if required. None of the rooms are air conditioned.

Classic Rooms
Classic rooms are situated in the main house and offer a combination of double, triple & extra bed options.

Deluxe Rooms
These elegant rooms are more indulgent than the classic rooms. Each of the deluxe rooms offers unique facilities. Lime has a garden and Cinnamon and Coconut Four Poster beds. All deluxe rooms have slightly larger bathrooms with double vanity wash basins.

The Rosyth Estate House is set in a 64 acre working tea and rubber estate, which is available to explore at your leisure. Within the main house there is a large elegantly furnished living room, furnished with period reproduction and antique furniture and local artwork. Off the living room there is a cosy Library which contains a range of books, Dvds and a TV with satellite television. The large verandas, both front and back provide the perfect place to recline and absorb the stunning view of the surrounding area. The dining pavilion, crafted out of beautiful local wood and which appears to float off the rear lawn, has outstanding views to the rear of the property.
